The pump features overlapping technology with Willow Go, including a longer, smoother flange tunnel; a unique internal circular motor; hospital-grade suction; and a tug-and-release pattern that mimics your baby’s natural rhythm. Key differences are that Sync has only one motor with controls on one side, and uses customizable tubing to connect the pump to the pump cup.

How does Sync work?

What is the capacity of the Willow Sync?
Sync containers can hold up to 5 oz.

Does Willow Sync have a warranty?
Yes! Sync is covered under a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Accessories (all replaceable pump parts including but not limited to flange, container, gasket, valve) are also covered under a 90-day warranty.

Can I single pump with Willow Sync?
Yes! You can both single and double pump with Willow Sync. To single pump, make sure the Tubing Port on the Pump is closed. To double pump, connect the Pump to the Pump Cup via Tubing. Use your Pump to control suction on both sides.

What is the difference between the Pump and Pump Cup?
The Pump has all of the controls, including the Motor and Container. The Pump Cup includes the Receiver and Container, but does not have any controls. The Pump Cup connects to the Pump via Tubing.

Is there a difference in suction between the Pump and the Pump Cup?
There is no difference in suction between the Pump and Pump Cup, as long as the parts are assembled correctly.

What do I do if I’m not getting suction?
First, check to ensure that the duckbill is completely sealed against the lid. Next, if using the tubing, check that it’s pushed all the way in, and make sure that the tubing is dry. Refer to the included Quick Start Guide and Instructions For Use to check all parts have been assembled firmly and correctly. What do I do if the Container leaks?

Can the Tubing get wet?
No, if Tubing gets wet, it should be replaced. Sync replacement parts can be purchased via the Willow website or Amazon.

How do I clean my Willow Sync?
Always consult the Instructions for Use before cleaning. The Motor, Receiver, and Tubing are non-washable parts. To clean them, use a disinfectant wipe.

The Tubing is too long for me, can I cut it?
Yes! If the Tubing is too long, remove the Tubing Connectors and cut the Tubing to your desired length. IMPORTANT: Do not cut tubing shorter than 8 inches. Make sure to put the Tubing Connectors back on.

Can I use my Willow Go parts with the Willow Sync?
No, Willow Go and Willow Sync are not compatible. Sync replacement parts can be purchased via the Willow website.
